RATES for 2011

HIGH SEASON RATES 

  • from $80 Cad/night during the week (Monday – Thursday)
  • from $99 Cad/night on weekends (Friday – Sunday)
  • Low Season Rates: Available upon request

Rates are for a maximum of two adults (double occupancy) per bedroom in our 2-bedroom, self-contained suite. Each additional person occupying the second bedroom is $20.00 per night per person. Maximum of 4 adults per booking.

Children 10 and under are free if sharing bedroom with adults. Each child subject to a$10 breakfast charge. (Maximum: 1 child and 2 adults or 2 children and one adult per bedroom).

EXTENDED STAYS

Reduced Rates for Extended Stays.

  • For business people needing a relaxing place while working in Toronto’s downtown district (20 minutes by Go Train). We have weekly rates for business people who prefer a lovely fully furnished suite in Port Credit instead of a hotel room.
  • The honeymoon couple or out-of town guests looking for that special sunset or to escape the overcrowded house of relatives.
  • Short-term stays available for those who are between houses (ex: real estate purchase).

RESERVATION POLICY

We require a deposit on the first night’s rate at the time of reservation.

We prefer payment in cash, but we will accept payment by credit card. Rooms can be reserved by placing a deposit by credit card authorization & then pay the balance in cash upon arrival.

Please call 1-416-985-9340 to make your reservation or email your request with the dates you prefer to on our contact page. It is always best to make your reservations ahead of time to ensure availability.

We realize that your plans can change. So to be fair to all, we have worked out the following:

Reservations exceeding three (3) nights require a two (2) night deposit. This advance deposit guarantees to both guest and management the entire reserved period. Balance of reservation due upon arrival.

No Refunds For No Shows

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation prior to 2 weeks before your arrival date, we will refund your fee minus processing charge ($20). If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, we do try to resell the suite for you, but you are responsible for the cost of the room for any night it is not resold.

There is a twenty ($20) dollar processing charge per room for all refunds regardless of reason or amount of notice.

If reservation is booked within 14 days, it is a considered a firm booking and you will be charged for one night if the suite cannot be resold.

PAYMENT

We will gladly accept Cash (5% discount for cash), Travellers Cheques, Visa & Mastercard. We prefer payment in cash, but will accept payment by credit card. Rooms can be reserved by placing a deposit by credit card authorization & then pay the balance in cash upon arrival. 

CHECK IN & OUT TIMES

Check in time 3:00 pm or by prior arrangement

Check out time by 12:00 am

We can be flexible regarding check-in/out times by prior arrangement only.
